This month, Jackie Chan has announced that the long waited "Rush Hour 3" will start production this fall. It will be filmed in Paris, NY, and LA. This is great news! Everyone w00t!!! P.S. Jackie's Dog "Jones" is missing, so keep him in your prayers.

Well I hope that they find Jones. And I will definitely want to see that movie. I wonder what the plot will be this time, filming in Paris, NY and LA. They must be going REALLY big with the locations and action, hmmm.....

all films that are in a series are always trying to better the previous film ie. Alien, Aliens and Alien Ressurection. Terminator, Terminator 2 Judgement Day and Terminator 3 Rise of the Machines.
each one of these all surpassed the previous!

The part I love or hate about sequels is originality and continuation, and unoriginality and discontinuation. The Matrix series worked because each movie's story continued what had been fun to watch in the movie before it. And they were original and added new locations, new themes, it was not a rehash. The Terminator series was also like that. Then there are series like Dr. Doolittle 1 or 2 (remakes of a movie from 30/40 years ago I believe, the original Dr. Doolittle) or Honey We Shrunk the Kids/Baby. Same theme, wow the animals can talk, AGAIN.. hmm, or wow, we changed sizes again, hmm. Rush Hour 3 should be good I think because we have new locations, a new plot, and continuing the old characters. Its not a one shot thing like Dr. Doolittle or Honey We Shrunk the Kids.
