thats a fair amount of weight to loose, how long did that take? yes they are in uk, i don't really dine out just order in if we can't decide what to make / have!

atkins diet isn't the best option for a diet, me personally the best diet is to just eat healthy and be active, walk, jog, work out, play sports just do something other than use a computer or watch tv, but thats just my own personal opinion
