So far, I am not impressed, its just like any other console. Even if you have xbox live. Its also very fragile, half of the things I got from it are broken, and I was very careful with it. The games are okay. But theres nothing that significant about it.

I hate how they make the more expensive and more modern technologies more fragile and they break more often or have problems. Also, what game is N3? If I got an Xbox 360 I would really want to get Halo 3 as one of the games for it, I'm sure there's others too that would be cool, I like Perfect Dark for 360 also. I don't know many of the other games though.

Ah cool, Ninety-Nine Nights was that on Dreamcast in an earlier version? I remember having a poster with some of the characters or something, it was a Dreamcast poster with different characters from games on it (like the cars from Daytona USA, another cool game). How is that Xbox 360 online service if you've tried it? How does it work? What are the best parts of the online service? The worst parts?

I have no clue if there was an old version or not. I didn't pay much attention to the DC.

Yeah, the DC seems to be one of those systems that was a "flash in the pan", it was a big thing for a little while and faded pretty quickly. I remember going into Kay-bee toys or somewhere, and it was on display there with a Sonic game I believe. Then, a year or two went by and it was totally forgotten about because of games on other systems and the fact that Sega wasn't doing so great. Kind of reminds me of hearing about the Atari Jaguar 64 being something that was testing the waters of being a good system but wasnt quite there (I was suprised by the "64" systems, they seemed to be just like the 32 bit systems) , and wasnt as solid in hardware or games as the Playstation, or as the N64 or Dreamcast.
Look how the landscape changes and still video games have carried on well, even though Panasonic (3DO right?), Sega, Atari and others have had some problems in consoles. And people are used to Microsoft and their Xbox now, and we may see new systems arise. I really like when there is change in the video game world because I feel it sparks creativity and good game development.

Hey DJ the xbox 360 is a good machine. I now some games are boring but i think the xbox live is great the graphics are terrific for some games and if you have a plasma T.V its just wowz you there id backwards compatability and its way better than xbox. You can have a vid chat and a lot ofs stuff like musice and transfering stuff from your computer to your consol. I have the ps3 and it is very nice compared to the 360 but the ps3 games arent that great since that launch was so short so you should check out the xbox 360. See ya
