Yes, that's right! Nintendo just announced the title of the new Zelda game for GameCube.
The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess
I don't know much, but it has something to do with a Wolf. Could Link be a wolf? Could Zelda be a wolf? (after all, the title IS Twilight Princess.)

Well, what I heard is that they were just trying to perfect it. I'm SOOOOOO glad that it is going to be a Wii launch title!!!

The best part is that it's going to come out for the GC too, so GC owners don't "have to" be a Wii if they can't afford one.

Yeah Arcanus I am also probably not going to be able to play this when it comes out or to get a system for awhile. Hopefully there will be bundles for games and system coming out, also lower prices for systems eventually, and plus using the internet to plan what the best deals are and to decide how much I need to save. With something like the Wii it will be awhile until any prices come down however, but there should be deals out there.

Nintendo said that the Wii won't be more than $250., but that might even mean that it could be only $200. Anyways, they are going to announce the release date and exact pricing at or near the TGS (Tokyo Game Show) in September.
Sam and Kevin, I'm 90% sure that I'm getting TP and I can let you try it out (both of you).

Cool, thanks. I've got to read your news posts and keep up with the news stories, thanks for the information. I wonder, is Nintendo losing money on the Wii? $250 seems like a great price, considering back in the day when we saw pictures of the "Ultra 64" that became the N64, it was purple-ish colored I believe, maybe that's just my imagination though, and you could import for like 350+$.
There seems to be a history of Nintendo making different names for their console as they go along. Was there a different name for the Gamecube originally? I tried to find a picture of an Ultra 64 that looked different from the N64 but came up blank. Is this just something I made up? Anyone remember this?

Imports were always more than cost because the importing fees are pretty high.
The names I remember are: Famicom - NES Super Famicom - SNES Ultra 64 - N64 Dolphin - GameCube Nitro - NDS
I think the game boy had one too, but I'm not sure; and I have no idea about if the VB had one.
================================= Added with edit:
I saw a GameCube/DVD player on eBay for $450, but that is a RARE item. They didn't ship them to the US (I think).
