Well, just to help out Asia on another thread, I figured I'd open a topic here. Mostly a shout out to all the programmers on this board. I've been programming C/C++ for about 14 years now (hobbiest), trying to get into the industry currently. I have a 3D game engine demo, using a lot of current/next level technology. It can also load and walk though Quake2/3 and Doom3 levels, all with realtime lighting, bump mapping, and shadows! WooHoo! So who else out there is working on any projects they want to talk about? Give a shout out!

The only game I ever made was one where you are a ship that flys around shooting "Wigglytuff's" & a put Weird Al's "Slime Creatures From Outer Space" in for BGmusic. That was with Basic, I'm not really that good at it, but I'm pretty good at HTML & I'm studying to get my A+ Certification.
I have Visual C++, but the only thing I did with it was made my own custom cursor for my mouse; it's a cross between a StarCraft cursor & a touch of my own style. (for some reason it blinks sometimes, I'm not sure why.)
