Wi-fi and bluetooth and DVR, oh my. That is alot of technology and it all comes together. I like the controller but I really hope that it is natural to use and that it has everything placed well. Also they may need to make different sizes because we all remember what people said about the original Xbox controllers.. you could literally use them as a weapon. That tilt feature is cool. That reminds me of the one of .. is it DS or GBA? But that is a good idea, i'm curious though as to how a console game will use it because they already have alot of buttons for one thing. Any news on how they will use the tilt feature? Also anything about the way the buttons work, probably they are perssure sensitive right? Will they be able to actually work in 7 players for one TV? Possibly a 2 TV hookup system, side by side TVs on one console? Thank you for all of your information and pics.

The first thing they showed us at E3 was a flying game. You tilt the controller so as to tell the jet where to go.
The first time Nintendo made tilt was in "Kirby's Tilt'n'tumble" for GBC. They also made a "Yoshi Topsy Turvy" (something like that), and "Wario Ware Twisted" (both for GBA).
I would really like a 2 TV set up, but I don't know if that will happen. The old PS1 and PS2 games that were 8 players would just have all 8 on one screen like Bomberman. I know Bomberman is only 5 players on the PS1 and he was 8 Players on the NDS which is 2 screens, but you get the jist!

good news the PS3 is going to have 3 regions rather than the usual 5! this means that the areas are enlarged so eventually PS will be region free!
Also the latest news that i have heard is that it will be a GLOBAL LAUNCH 10th November 2006 for USA and Japan but again the UK is slightly behind its release date is 17th Nvember 2006!
i'll keep you updated!

I got better news! They said that the Blue-ray Discs are so huge that they can fit all the regions on one disc! Also, the Nov 10th date is only for Japan, so that means US, UK, and anywhere else is on the 17th.

well current DVD discs only hold 4.7Gb data and PSP discs are supposeidly able to hold 1.7Gb of game data so these would soon be made normal for all dvds!

Sony have yet again let playstation fans down! this time by postponing the launch of the PS3 due to a problem with certain electronic components. Well one good thing about this is we now have more time to save for it.
More updates as soon as we know them.

That news is only for you guys in the U.K. (sorry) Japan's release was Nov. 10th and moved to Nov. 11th (big deal) U.S.A. is keeping the Nov. 17th release date!
Sony is only sending us (U.S.) 80k of the $500 deal and 320k of the $600 deal. (I like the $600 deal better anyways)
================================ Added with edit:
Yes, I can comfirm the U.K. date being moved to March 2007 ================================

The way they set up the releases dates for locations and move their system around the world to sell is weird. Are they trying to gauge how many people will buy a PS3 in the UK? Also those of you in the UK, how popular is the PS2 there, and do you think the PS3 is going to be a huge hit, big hit, successful, small success, slight failure, etc.? Oh and this shows how weird the release dates are, Japan moves back 1 day and UK customers have to wait until next year. Messed up
